TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

It is important that you as a trainee to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions before registering and agreeing to a contract. Completion of the booking form (either manually or electronically) together with full payment of the relevant course fee(s) constitutes acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time in the future. If you have any queries please consult the terms and conditions below.

Definitions

"The Company", "we" and "us" means JC Digitalmedia Production. "The trainee" means the delegate, attendee, participant or person named on the booking form for whom "The Company" has agreed to provide training in accordance with these conditions.

Bookings
No booking will be deemed as accepted by the company unless and until confirmed or received the registration form and payment has been received in full. A VAT invoice will be sent to acknowledge your booking. Please contact us if you have not received them within 1 to 2 working days.

Early Bird Booking & Registration means “Five days prior to seminar/training schedule”. Early Bird booking & registration will get a 10% discount.

All Check payment are not qualified for an Early Bird Booking & Registration discount.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend the training course, please notify us of the name of the person to attend in your place. We do not provide refund for training/seminar cancellation. Training and Seminar dates may vary subject to demand. All trainings and seminars will run subject to the number of attendees/delegates. A training/seminar may be cancelled if too few bookings are received, in which case we will notify you approximately 3 working days before the training or seminar to offer an alternative date.

Payment
The trainee agrees to pay for Training according to JC Digitalmedia Production published prices, unless otherwise agreed. All payments, whether by cash or other form acceptable by JC Digitalmedia Production must be received at least three (3) days prior to the commencement of Training.

Check payment must be paid to JC Digitalmedia Production and must be dated “on date”.

For payment you may deposit it to any RCBC Bank near you to enjoy and avail of the 10% discount we offer.

Overdue Accounts
Overdue amounts shall be subject to a finance charge at the rate of 1.5% per month commencing on the date such amount becomes overdue. In case of a lawsuit, an additional sum equal to 25% of the unpaid amount shall be collected as attorney’s fees. Legal actions arising out of this transaction shall be settled according to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and will be instituted in the courts of Cebu City, Philippines.
